Based on the input and discussions at our staff development meeting on February 12 (and as Mike sent out in his “One more document”), I came up with the following list of norms;

  • Start on time / End on time
  • Respect All
  • Participation by All
  • Clarity in communication
  • Positive Attitude
  • No interrupting

Based on these norms I have created an agenda template for use in all of our school meetings;
